Products based on licensed or copyrighted work
All our items are based on original sketches and drawings that are designed at the Mint & Woolly studios. We don't sell or replicate licensed or copyrighted products. We also respect other artists' work and will not replicate any of their work.

Return policy
Each item is carefully handmade with quality materials and attention to details. We try our best to package your happy mail well so that it arrives safely to you however unfortunately sometimes it is beyond our control. We will accept returns if in the event your order sadly arrives damaged. Please contact us first through our Etsy shop before returning the item back.
Please Note: Custom orders are non-refundable and not returnable.
